Role of the Office Manager

One person in an office must be chosen to manage the dataSentinel users.

This is not a technical role, it is a purely administrative one.

Responsibilities include the following:

Reset passwords for existing users
Optionally maintain a small inventory of USB sticks
Provision replacement USB sticks for existing users
Kill USB sticks lost by existing users or by employees that leave the company
Report problems experienced by users to the company's dataGuy
Sign up and provision new users

These tasks are performed though a simple Web interface.

Ideally the Office Manager should be someone who is consistently in the office and is reachable by telephone to manage accounts.
