Role of the Office Manager

One person in an office must be chosen to distribute and manage the dataSentinel USB sticks for all users.

This is not a technical role, it is a purely administrative one.

Responsibilities include the following:

Maintain a small inventory of USB sticks
Reset passwords for existing users
Provision replacement USB sticks for existing users
Kill USB sticks lost by existing users or by employees that leave the company
Report problems experienced by users to the company's dataGuy
Sign up and provision new users

Tasks 2 through 5 are accomplished through functions on the Office Manager's USB stick.

Ideally the Office Manager should be someone who is consistently in the office and is reachable by telephone to immediately kill lost USB sticks.
